Shinko-Kasei established an injection blow technology with the HDPE resin in the spring of 1999. It supported the additive-free molding requirement.
Using the know-how of the core molding technology which we accumulated since the establishment of our business, we make special surface treatment on the inside of molding cavity, devise the palison shape, and optimize temperature management and blow condition. Although that technology had been already commercialized, our injection blow molding technology with advantages in terms of precision of molding and mass productivity was the first among the industry.

What is the core of injection blow technology, that is the tooling design. Using a molding technology with full of originality we design the tooling depending on a usage and purpose. we implement highly precise molding with the minute planning from choice of steel materials to treatment of surface.
We implement the stability of automation, efficiency, and cost reduction in the production line. We always arrange the manufacturing structure in order to deliver the highest quality with molding method according to the product feature such as the injection molding which is to achieve the high precision and stable molding, injection blow molding which is to blow the air inside of tooling after injection, and stretch molding which is to blow the air vertically and horizontally and stretch the molding.
We check the stability of the product by visual and by using various inspection equipments on each manufacturing process in terms of a shape, strength, precision, and workability.
